Yes. Custom branded sites and larger builds when the brief needs them — fixed quote, phone and desktop checks, usually Cloudflare Pages, plain-English handover. Optional: domain (first year at cost) and custom email. Not included: open-ended retainers, SEO campaigns, ads, or ecommerce platforms.
Yes, when it has a finish line. Same as a site: written quote, then we ship it. We do not sell a paid hour on the phone.
Yes — bounded monthly care after a build: monitoring, form/integration checks, and a defined change allowance. Not 24/7. Not unlimited development. Quoted after launch when it fits.
Discovery is free (15–20 minutes). Work is quoted after we know the job — small sites often from about £500–£900; larger custom builds higher (from £2,999 when that band fits). Monthly Support is quoted after we understand the live system.
Discovery is often available within a week. Work starts only after scope and deposit are agreed.
Not without a person reviewing it. If work touches money, legal commitments, personal data, or customer trust, we put review points in first — or we say do not automate it.
